1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Lacrema uses cookies and similar browser technologies, including local storage. We use the same consent controls for every visitor, including visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK.

2. Your choice

Strictly necessary technologies work without optional consent because the service cannot operate securely without them. Analytics and marketing technologies stay disabled unless you actively enable them. You can reject them without losing access to the website and can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

3. Technologies currently used

• lacrema_cookie_consent_v1 — local storage created after you make a choice, used only to remember that choice on this device. It expires after 12 months.
• Authentication and security storage — used on app.lacrema.ai after sign-in to maintain your session and protect account requests. Its lifetime follows the session and authentication settings.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 may measure page views, form starts, successful requests, and non-identifying form errors so we can understand and improve the landing journey. Its script remains blocked until analytics consent is granted. We do not send your email, café name, location, menu link, or notes.

Marketing

Meta Pixel may measure page views and successful leads so we can assess advertising campaigns. Its script remains blocked until marketing consent is granted. We do not send your email, café name, location, menu link, or notes.

4. Who can receive information

Vercel hosts the website and may process the technical request information needed to serve and secure it. Google may receive consented analytics events, and Meta may receive consented campaign measurement events. Supabase supports authentication and session storage in the app. We do not sell cookie or browsing data.

5. Changing your preferences

Use Cookie settings on this page or in the website footer. Rejecting optional categories records a denied choice and prevents their future activation. Clearing browser storage will remove the saved choice and show the banner again on your next visit.
